The ULTRAMAT 23 is an innovative multi-component gas analyzer and can be equipped
The ULTRAMAT 23 is an innovative multi-component gas analyzer and can be equipped with the following sensors: IR detector for IR-active gases, UV photometer for UV-active gases, H2S sensor (electrochemical), O2 sensor (electrochemical or paramagnetic), and used accordingly in numerous applications and industries. The integrated automatic calibration function using ambient air is a unique advantage. This means that a test with calibration gases is only necessary once a year. Menu-guided operation in plain text allows users and service personnel to operate the device immediately. Preventive maintenance is made possible by the information in the logbook.
ULTRAMAT 23 – Emission Monitoring as easy and accurate as it gets!
Emission monitoring is key and ever stricter laws and regulations require powerful, precise and reliable analytical measurement devices that are affordable and easy-to-use: The Siemens ULTRAMAT 23!
Benefits at a glance
• Highly cost-effective because calibration gases are not required (AUTOCAL with ambient air, depending on the measuring component)
• High selectivity due to multilayer detectors e.g. low cross-sensitivity to water vapor
• Cleanable cuvettes: Cost savings through further use in case of contamination
• Menu-guided operation in plain text
• Open interface architecture (RS 485, RS 232; PROFIBUS, SIPROM GA): Simplified process integration; remote operation and control
