SCHMIDT Flow Sensor SS 20.500

To measure air and gas flows accurately and reproducibly, many parameters have to be correct. It is important how the gas flows against the sensor, and thus the positioning of the sensor often decides about the quality of the results.

The solution for flow measurement – even for dusty air and gases. High precision and compact!

• Dumb-bell head (independent from flow direction, easy to clean)
• Flow and temperature signal
• Probe length 100 … 1,000 mm (optional special length)

To measure air and gas flows accurately and reproducibly, many parameters have to be correct. It is important how the gas flows against the sensor, and thus the positioning of the sensor often decides about the quality of the results. The gases to be measured also determine the choice of the right sensor. In safety-relevant areas such as the chemical industry the requirement for explosion protection has also to be considered which means that the selection of a suitable sensor is very limited.
